The Pre-Brush robot has been invaluable for us. Milking three times a day, labour shortages have become a huge issue for any dairy farm. The robot is reliable and consistently provides thorough teat cleaning before milking, but the benefits go beyond labour cost savings. We’ve also seen improvement in stimulation leading to quicker milk let-down and a more stable milking.

Installing both the Pre-Spray and Post-Spray robots on our farm has been a game-changer for our daily operations in the parlour and milking efficiency. Their remote support capability is especially impressive, allowing them to quickly diagnose and adjust settings via the robot cameras, ensuring our robots keep running smoothly. Plus, having a local engineer visit regularly for maintenance checks and to make sure everything is working as it should gives us real peace of mind. With their ongoing support and technology, we know our robots will always deliver a consistent, high-quality job.

We are really pleased with the reliable and consistent results we have seen since installing the IDS Post-Spray System.   Our staff have been able to shift their focus to other areas of herd management, relieving the pressure for the whole team. IDS have been great to work with and have provided excellent service throughout the installation.  It is reassuring to know that 24 hour support is there when we need it.  We definitely made the right decision for our farm going forward.

Using the IDS Post-Spray System we are already seeing improvements in reliable application and our cows have transitioned to the new system without issue. The support provided by IDS has been great and we look forward to seeing more products coming from IDS to support dairy production.
